5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is provided on a per-request basis. Quotes given over the phone, online, or on-site are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on factors including but not limited to:
- Distance of the tow or service call
- Type and size of the vehicle
- Road, weather, and site conditions
- Time of service (standard hours vs. after-hours)
- Special equipment or additional labour required
Final pricing may differ from initial estimates due to on-site conditions. Our operators will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with the service.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash. A written invoice or receipt will be provided for all services rendered.
All fees comply with applicable Ontario regulations, including any rates prescribed under the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021.
Pursuant to Ontario's Repair and Storage Liens Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. R.25, Ottawa Towing Solutions holds a possessory lien on any vehicle in its care for unpaid towing and storage charges. The vehicle will not be released until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
